1. Students that actually tell me "thank you" for teaching me before they graduate and actually mean it and not because they have to say it after class.

2. Students writing me letters in all hiragana so it's easier for me to read even though I told them Kanji would actually be easier.

3. Hanging out with the kids during clubs and in the hallways

4. So much more down time so I can study

5. So many holidays

6. Bigger bonus, bigger house

7. Free trips to Nagoya
